Saw this game on sale over steam and i could not resist at the ps2 vibes, it immediately punch you in the face with this incredible intro with Jack Black sneaking his way into this cd store to show a vinyl to you that turns out to be the game menu, it’s fucking genius.
The game is full of references to the metal scene, some characters are metal icons, instruments as weapons, guitar solos as ways to interact with the world ecc… It’s basically an Isekai where after your death you are revived in this reign by this goddess creature that resembles an Egyptian god from Yu-Gi-Oh but more metal
Gameplay shows himself as a straight forward beet em up until it becomes a strategic game where you have to guide your fans in field battles against demoniac creatures, you need to control towers to gain more fans and creates more troops to attack your enemies and protect your stage, which is your fortress, a strange mix between clash royal and guitar hero
little of topic, i stopped playing the game cause i can’t find a way to win a specific boss fight 🤫
